Hi! Thanks so much for joining us to our MT2 training session 😊
You may know us already, we’re Jimy and Michelle from the Digital Strategy team, and we’re here to help you as you work with your clubs/venues and/or associations that still have membership data in MT2.
The first of our training sessions was on the 18th of March 2022 – but it won’t be the only one. We’ll repeat this session about every 3-4 weeks, (and will make any refinements based on your feedback as we go).

What you can expect to learn about during these training sessions 🧠:

Tools: Where to find guides/info/assistance for exporting, importing and onboarding your club after the import
The support center is really your go-to for any assistance with anything related to MT2 decomissioning:

Getting prepped: Key questions/decisions/ tasks and messaging you can share with your club to get them ready to move from MT2- based on their situation and membership model.

Exporting (1st recording): How to export from MT2 (step by step, covering different types of membership packages)
Your MT2 Export Spreadsheet – That will help you organize your memberships for the import in ClubSpark

Importing (2nd recording): How to import into ClubSpark – ⚠️ This step an only be done by CDO/TDOs
Note:
If the club wants to start from scratch and would rather let the members join a package directly, you can also create empty membership packages and send in bulk the link to each membership by email (to the email address you got in the export from MT2).
