VAS group online software training sessions are conducted on a fortnightly basis, please see the current schedule below.
Note:
You are required to register for a training session, at which you will be sent further details to access the online session for your specified date.

For Who?
The training is targeted to venues with the VAS electronic gate access installed (pin pad on gate connected to court lighting), however many of the software features are consistent for clubs without the hardware installed.
What is covered?
The training will cover the Bookings module used to manage court bookings at your venue within ClubSpark.
What do I need?
To access the training session you will need an internet connection and access to a device with audio. We will be using the Microsoft Teams software to run training sessions.
Note:
If you are accessing the training session from a PC you do not need to download any Microsoft Teams app, as you can use your internet browser to access the session.
If you are joining using a mobile device or tablet, you will be required to download the Microsoft Teams app to join the session.
