If you wish to deactivate your Tennis account, please follow the steps outlined below. Please note:
- To reactivate your account in the future, you’ll need to contact our Customer Support Team directly.
- If you are listed as the Primary parent or guardian for any linked child accounts, those accounts will also be deactivated.
- Once deactivated, you will no longer be able to log in to any Tennis Australia applications.

Steps
1 | Sign in to matchcentre.tennis.com.au |
2 | From your Tennis Profile, click Manage. Select Update Profile Details. |
3 | From the Manage your profile screen, click Save and next. |
4 | From the Family details screen, click Save and next. |
5 | Click the Deactivate your account button. |
6 | Click the Confirm account deactivation button. Note: Deactivating your account will prevent you from logging in to all Tennis Australia applications. Child profiles linked to the account will also be inaccessible. |
7 | You will receive an email to confirm that your account has been successfully deactivated. |
