Deactivating your account

If you wish to deactivate your Tennis account, please follow the steps outlined below. Please note:

  • To reactivate your account in the future, you’ll need to contact our Customer Support Team directly.
  • If you are listed as the Primary parent or guardian for any linked child accounts, those accounts will also be deactivated.
  • Once deactivated, you will no longer be able to log in to any Tennis Australia applications.

 Steps

1Sign in to matchcentre.tennis.com.au
2From your Tennis Profile, click Manage.
Select Update Profile Details.
3From the Manage your profile screen, click Save and next.
4From the Family details screen, click Save and next.
5Click the Deactivate your account button.
6Click the Confirm account deactivation button.

Note: Deactivating your account will prevent you from logging in to all Tennis Australia applications. Child profiles linked to the account will also be inaccessible.
7You will receive an email to confirm that your account has been successfully deactivated.
