| Function: | Using the website module, activate the different pages of your Club’s website |
With ClubSpark, clubs have the ability to build and easily maintain a customisable and modern website.
Note:
If you cannot see the website module, the first step in using the ClubSpark website module is to activate the website. Please ask your tennis relationship manager (CDOs/TDO) to activate your website module for you.
NOTE for current Book a Court Clubs: activating your full website will replace your existing online Book a Court landing page. . Ensure you allow sufficient time to activate and set up your new website module to avoid issues.

After the website has been activated by your Tennis Relationship Officer, a website address will be issued and content can be added to your new website (such as photos, logos, branding, content, descriptions etc).
To view the website at any time click on the View page online button at the bottom left of one of your website page.

In order for a page to be shown publicly live on your club’s website the Show in navigation toggle button needs to be turned on by sliding it to the right (see screenshot below).
To hide a page during construction of your website, or to hide a page from public view, turn this slider to grey (off).
Always click on Save page changes once you’ve made any updates.

Clubs might see different website pages automatically available for editing in the Website module.
Note: To add other pages than the ones automatically available, please click on ‘+ Add custom page’. A pop up window will appear asking you for the custom page public name. After you’ve entered a page name, do not forget to click Create page.

| Membership | *Only visible if Membership module is activated – membership package information, and ability to purchase any packages that have been configured to be purchased online |

| Coaching | *Only visible if Programs module is activated. This page can be split in a Junior and an Adult coaching page by toggling on the Split programs webpages slider– see this article to learn about Programs |
| Holiday camps | *Only visible if Holiday Camps functionality is activated – see this article to learn about Holiday Camps |
| Events | *Only visible if Events module is activated – see this article to learn about Events |
| News | Enables Club to add news articles to be displayed |
| Custom 1, 2 & 3 | Enables Club to decide web page name and contents |
