When a child linked to your account turns 15, you can “promote” their account to an adult account. This will allow your child to have their own sign-in details and manage their own account independently.

To promote a child’s account linked to yours to an adult account, follow these steps:

 Steps

1	Sign in to matchcentre.tennis.com.au
2	From your Tennis Profile, click Manage. Select Update Profile Details.
3	From the Manage your profile screen, click Save and next.
4	Click on the drop-down button, of the child’s account you want to promote. Click on the Promote to adult account button.
5	The system will prompt you for an email address for the linked child account Enter the email into the email address field and click Send link.
6	An email will be sent to your child’s email address to set up their account. Click the Close button.
7	Your child’s profile will no longer appear within the Family details list.
8	The previously linked child will receive an email confirming their account promotion. They will need to click “Set up your account” from within the email and follow the prompts to finalise setting up their account.
