If you have forgotten or need to reset your password for your Tennis account, complete the steps below.

Note: If you are not receiving the forgot password like or need to reset your Multi-Factor Authentication linked to your account, please contact our Customer Support Team.

 Steps

1	Visit matchcentre.tennis.com.au and click Sign In.
2	Enter your email address, then click Continue.
3	Select Forgot password?
4	Click Send OTP.
5	You will receive an email with a 6-digit verification code.   Enter this 6-digit code in the verification box.   Then click Verify the code.
6	Enter your new password within the field, ensuring that it meets the password requirements.   Enter the same password again within the Re-enter new password field.   Click Reset password.
7	Your password has now been reset. Click Return to sign in.
