Function:	Cancel your exchange code subscription

 

Note:

Cancelling your exchange code subscription will prevent you from connecting your lock to Clubspark (until purchasing again). Only cancel your exchange code subscription if you no longer wish to connect your lock to Clubspark. If you’re no longer using Igloohome with Clubspark, ensure you’ve removed the lock from the software before proceeding with these steps. Open up the following webpage in your internet browser – https://web.igloohome.co/connect/login

 

2.

Enter the login details that was used to create your Igloohome account when registering as a lock user via the Igloohome App.

 

3.

Once you’re signed in, click on Connections in the left-side of the screen, and select Manage under Clubspark.

 

4.

Locate the lock you want to cancel and select Remove.
