ClubSpark
ClubSpark is an online venue management platform and is available to clubs for free if they are affiliated with TA.
It aims to make offering tennis online easier and is one of the multiple benefits of paying your affiliation fees each year.

📝 Security & Data
The platform is compliant with a whole range of security protocols, and is underpinned by compliance with GDPR (you can check ClubSpark’s privacy policy here)
Once you’ve registered to the platform, you’ve also agreed to the following terms of use.
☑️ Chose & Activate your Club’s modules
All the modules in ClubSpark might not be suitable for your club.
Select the ones you really need from this list and reach out to your CDOs to have them activated.
🙎♂️ Create an account & Head to your Admin area
After having created an account in ClubSpark – here – and signed in, you will be able to manage your ClubSpark account from your admin area.⬇️
From your admin area, you’ll be able to manage your bookings, your club’s website, your programs & events, communicate with your club members, etc.

💰 Taking Online Payment
The very first thing you want to do as a club with an online offer, is allow your players to pay online.
To do this, you will first have to create a Stripe account. Then, you’ll need to link your account to the ClubSpark platform.
Note:
Stripe is the payment gateway platform used by ClubSpark.
💻 Manage your Profile & Admins
Your club can have multiple staff members managing your ClubSpark account and each might get assigned specific roles (see article here).
If you want to update your venue profile, club’s contact details, socials, venue landing page, Junior’s age then go here.
🌐 Activate & Customize your Website
Once you’ve asked your Customer Developer Officer to activate your Website module in ClubSpark, ClubSpark will let you customize your website.

Once you’ve made all the necessary tweaks, your club will be able to jump online and start attracting new tennis players!
✅ Allow Players to Hire a Court Online and Play at Your Club
Now that your website is live, players are able to hire a court and pay online. Start by configuring your booking rules, your tennis court’s schedule and your club’s calendar.
Note:
- If you’re using an alternative gate access solution such as Book A Court, head here.
- If you’re using an alternative gate access solution such as Igloohome Lock, head here.
- If you’re using a lightning control system like BCS, head here.
For reporting purposes, you’ll also be able to keep track of the bookings made through ClubSpark in your club’s Dashboard.
🎾 Attract Players to Become a Member at Your Club
In ClubSpark, clubs are able to create ad-hoc membership package and offer cheaper court hire to their most loyal members, but also manage membership payments directly from ClubSpark.
For more flexibility, clubs can set up subscriptions, where players pay their membership monthly and are able to cancel whenever they want.

🎁 Add Merchandise & Products to a Purchase
For the moment, Add-ons are only available to purchase when a player join your club as a member.

📅 Organize Events at your Club
To build a strong community and attract many tennis fans, your club should regularly organise social events.
ClubSpark has made that possible and allowed you to create any type of events (open days, staff meetings, VIP social, Christmas BBQs, etc.) to promote your club or link people together.
🤸 Set Up Programs & Short Courses at your Club
Programs are a great way to gather people around Tennis, get new people signed in at your club or upskill your club members!
In ClubSpark, you will be able to set up tennis camps, open court session, hot shots, fitness courses and many others! If you want to create a new program, start here.
📇 Manage your Address book
Once that your club is online, players will be able to purchase the products you offer.
They’ll also be able join your club from your website and, by doing so, they’ll automatically be added to your address book in ClubSpark,
Note:
If needed, you have the possibility to add those players manually from the Contact module in ClubSpark.
📈 Optimize your Online Presence
You finally want to make sure that you’re doing everything to attract new players at your club and have more people playing tennis!
