— How to be seen on the National Play Tennis Website if you’re not using ClubSpark as your booking system (3rd party system)?

 

If you’re not using ClubSpark as your main booking system, but instead are using another 3rd party system then follow these steps to make sure
thousands of potential casual players can find your venue on our National Play Tennis Website.

Note: If ClubSpark is your main court booking system, head to this support article.

 

1.    Is your location correctly set up?

In the Profile module: make sure that that the latitude and longitude set up automatically by ClubSpark are the correct ones. Otherwise, players looking for a court near your area might not find you.

 

 

2.    Has your CDO/TDO ticked “Activate 3rd party”?

In the Venue Info tab of the Profile module:

 

 

Make sure your CDO/TDO has ticked  the “Activate 3rd party Court Hire listing” (and the Open Court Session if you regularly offer Open Court Session) and has entered the relevant club’s contact details, instructions and URL.
