Setting your Challenge availability is important if you are participating in a Challenge Ladder competition. It will let your fellow players know your availability for potential matches. To manage your Challenge availability click the manage icon, then click click Challenges Availability.
Your Challenge Availability will be automatically set to any day at any time unless you specified your availability during registration via Match Centre registration to the competition. To update your availability toggle OFF the ‘any day at any time’ toggle, you can then apply specific days/times that you can be challenged.
The day that you are currently viewing is indicated by a white circle with blue outline, and a filled blue circle indicates a day where you have specified availability.
You can select specific From and To hours or toggle on/off ‘All day’ for the days you select.
To clear selected times click the X.
Please ensure you have selected all your days/times available before clicking the Save button. Once Save is clicked you will be returned to your dashboard.
If you are unavailable for a period of time during a Challenge Ladder competition, you can place a temporarily unavailable period to not be challenged. For example, you are unavailable for two weeks. Toggle ON the ‘Temporary Unavailability’ and select the Start Date and End Date of period that you do not wish to be challenged. Once you have entered the dates click Save to return to your dashboard.
