If you wish to deactivate your child’s Tennis account, please follow the steps outlined below. Please note:
- To reactivate their account in the future, you’ll need to contact our Customer Support Team directly.
- Once deactivated, your child’s profile will no longer be accessible through any Tennis Australia applications.

Steps
1 | Sign in to matchcentre.tennis.com.au |
2 | From your Tennis Profile, click Manage. Select Update Profile Details. |
3 | From the Manage your profile screen, click Save and next. |
4 | Click on the drop-down button, of the child’s account you want to deactivate. Click on the Deactivate profile button. Note: Only the Primary Adult account will be able to deactivate the child’s profile. Secondary adult accounts will only be able to unlink the child’s account from their profile, by clicking “Unlink profile”. |
5 | Click Confirm profile deactivation. Note: this will permanently delete the child’s account and any associated records across all Tennis Australia applications. |
6 | You will receive an email to confirm that your child’s account has been successfully deactivated. |
7 | Repeat Steps 4-6 for any additional children’s profiles you want to deactivate. |
