League Organisers are now able to set up their League so that a system generated notification email is sent to users when a match is cancelled, provided the match is cancelled prior to the scheduled start time.
To enable these cancelled match/round notifications select which of the following users you would like to receive these email notifications when editing/creating a League Template.
You may select as many of the following user groups as you would like or you have the option to select none of them.
- Players – Email sent to all players listed in the team.
- Team Captain – Email sent only to the team captain, provided they have an email in their profile.
- League Manager – Email sent to authorised users of the organisation running the Leagues.
- Club – Email sent to Authorised users of the clubs involved in the cancelled match(es).
Please note cancelled match email notifications will not be sent when the match is cancelled after the Scheduled start time. For example; If a match is cancelled in League Manager at 2pm on Saturday 1st January for a match that was scheduled for 7pm Friday 31st December the system would not generate the email.
